Send me an email at silvina@silvinalanusseart.ca with the title of the piece and a quick photo, and I’ll send you a prepaid return label.

Once the piece makes it back to me safely, I’ll issue a full refund.

A few notes:
– The piece needs to come back in the same condition you received it
– Free returns apply to orders shipped within Canada/US

And if anything arrives damaged, please let me know within 7 days. I’ll do everything I can to make it right.
